There is always poop in the shells when I clean out the shell shop. I think they do it just to annoy us.

I ordered 2 ruggies and 2 indos. I had to replace the indos with violas. I received the ruggies and 3 violas. One ruggie died after a few days. I have recently found 2 of the violas dead. I can only hope the 2 remaining crabs are molting. This is the last time I will order crabs from her. The violas...

I ordered 2 ruggies and 2 indos at the end of May. Haven't heard from her since I ordered (not a surprise), but I suppose my order will ship much later because I ordered so late. I'm excited for all of you expecting crabs this week!

Does anyone have any experience with patriot crabs? My husband brought home one from the pet store and currently has it in his 55 gallon freshwater tank. Just another bit of advice: give your crabs salt water too. You can use any marine salt like Oceanic or Instant Ocean.
