I personally haven't done this nor do I plan to, but this really got me thinking- HCs of course have different tastebuds, but could they receive spice from foods? Has anyone tried offering these peppers to them with ( potentially ) good results? And to those who don't know, the Carolina reaper is on...

It seems like she probably ended up rubbing them off somewhere or they just fell out on there own, and the other crabs ate them. That seems to be a common thing with eggs in captivity.

But regardless, if you was able to get eggs in captivity that's a sign you're doing things right.

They're an E! Also, we need a clearer picture of the bottom last set of legs. If there's two dots it's a female, if they're absent it's a male- it's not a clear enough or close enough picture for me to tell.

The care sheets are abit subjective however and can be a case-by-case basis. I keep 4 crabs in my 30 gallon. As long as you can meet 6 inches of substrate then a 20 gallon long would fine.
