Lane County Oregon crab needs home

Hey guys! I have had my crab, a PP, since February now. He is an adult, who is very active and loves to climb, dig, and play. I love to have him, but it is becoming hard with time and money because of the virus, and I do not feeling I am giving him everything he deserves. I also have been looking at...

Re: Crab died

Also, I keep my heat lamp hung high and far away from any fire hazards, and the clingwrap over the top has completely fixed the previous issues I had with the light taking away humidity. Is this ...

Styrofoam looking stuff

Re: Crab died

I will get everything you guys told me to thank you! When I get another crab(I am under the impression they should not live alone, is that true?), is there anything I need to do to get them used to each other?

A couple questions!

Hi there! I have just a couple questions that I don’t think are emergencies as my crab appears to be doing fine. This particular crab used to come up from underground around 10/11 at night, but I haven’t seen him in a while. I know he comes up because he causes a mess! I was just wondering if theres...

Re: Possible Surface Molting or Sick Crab

Thank you so much!! I did not even think about using dechlorinated water for the substrate, so I will redo it since I will make it deeper anyway. I started baths because he stopped climbing in the water himself, and a long time ago when I had them it was pushed to bathe, but I will stop that, and I ...
