Disaster averted..... Tonight about 11pm Natalie asked me what the temp was in the transition pools. I had to untape it all and that took a while but lucky I did because the sub was soaking wet. The pool with the sand ramp had been wicking into the sub until it was almost empty. (about 150ml) Fortun...

Zoea and mega are very fragile. Water changes need to be done without moving them too much. Scooping them up in a fish net would be way too damaging. Initially I use a larger piece of clear plastic tubing with a stocking over the end to avoid sucking up the zoea as they are everywhere and very tiny....
Nothing more to report this morning. Both jars have mega eating and checking out shells. #2 has a couple in shells but they are getting used to the new feel. Mega in trans tat has not reappeared.
The one climbing up the stick was transfered to the transition tank pool at 0745 on Day 14... When I got home again at 1300 it was nowhere to be seen so hopefully it has dug down for final moult.
