Re: Life spans

Thank you very much for your reply. :) I would love to get the chance to care for an exotic but I would want to do my best to care for it even more so than I do the crabs I have now, so it could live it's full life span. Probably drive my wife crazy in the process :) Haha I would also love exotics ...

Re: Life spans

All of my crabs at present are PP's and are all heathy at this time ( of which I am very grateful ). I have had little experience with the more exotic crabs other than reading about them. Alot of material states that the lifespan of a Strawberry is just 1 to 5 years but a PP could be as much as 30 ...

Re: New 4ft terrarium.

Pools completed Will take pictures tomorrow. Can't wait to move them in about a month but it's typical two of my crabs have dug down and I'm not sure if they are mooring but the crabs that are up have got loads of new food to taste test such as dried mango and some mixes from the supermarket :)

Re: New 4ft terrarium.

Maybe support the glad with styrofoam?? my tank was in a similar shape, and the previous owners placed styrofoam underneath (painted black, but I don't think it's needed unless you go barebottom). :) Works quite well. Yeah we were going to buy some styrofoam as the stand has a few screws slightly r...

But unfortunately I can't offer anything more, maybe shoot the company/place you bought it from an email or phone call? Yeah that may be...
