HCA: Hermit Crab Association

I have a question concerning humidity. Do I use fresh water, or salt water? I currently use fresh water.

I just got a dead tree branch and microwaved it. Then, I put it in the tank for them to climb. They climb it, and also eat it! Is that bad???

My biggest hermit crab has orange eyestalks. Is that bad? Because he is my most active and fastest hermit crab.

whoops. They both were actually cleaning their inside of the shells. Just figured that they clean their inside and outside of shells today! thanks for the help though.

also, they never seem to have blueberries! Blueberries and strawberries are really pretty, but I think they are forever out of stock with blueberries.

don't worry. I have a small-medium (Bob), medium-large (Fred), and a medium (Shelly). My biggest moved into my smallest hermit crab's shell. He stayed in it for about a week, then he changed.
