Digging tunnel collpased!
I had woke up this morning, and I couldn't find Fred. I saw some digging, but not a hole. I couldn't think about it much, because I needed to leave. I've been thinking about it the whole day. When I came back, I still didn't find him. So scared and stressed.

definitly a shell fight. You might want to seperate the hermit crab from the others for a while so he destresses. Shell fights are really stressful to the crabs (as well to us).

Red blotches
My all active and smart Fred has changed shells. When I was able to see the top side of the abdomen, I noticed some brown-red blotches on it. It also took a good 5 seconds for his abdomen to get in. Please help me figure what this is.
