Re: Tiny crab help :(
Ok thank you I knew the larger the crab the longer the molt but for one so small I figured he would be done by now. He was so tiny when I got him I wasn't sure if he was even large enough to come home with me. Dime size is like the maximum size he was. He may have even been a little smaller

Re: Tiny crab help :(
He's buried under the swimming pool by the glass I can't see him from any angle thru the glass but I watched him dig down weeks ago and smoothed the substrate out where he's at but none of my other crabs are even small enough to get there to mess with him. Its a narrow walkway between the swimming p...

Re: New tank need help please
Awesome good to know. I bought two ultra therms 6x23 put one on top and one on bottom.I had to use duct tape to get them to stick sense it doesn't have a sticky side like zoo meds. They have been on there about 14 hrs so far and it hasn't even raised my crabitat a single degree... Its still only 72 ...

Re: Any Helpful Advice?
Just a thought... You might want to add atleast another 2 or 3 inches of substrate looks like you have 3-4 inches currently. You want it deep enough fit your largest crab to bury it's self 3 times over. You can add the substrate carefully about 1 inch at a time so not to collape there tunnels. Also ...

When I first bought my sons hermit crabs they came in a horrible critter cage I was told it was greatthey could run and play but my baby baby E humped out of his shell on...
