Re: Lima Beans and Chia

I've seen people grow Lima Beans in many different ways, so I'll give it a go and update. [emoji4]

Lima Beans and Chia

I thought about planting Chia and Lima Beans in the tat for the crabs to pick at and eat. Opinions?

Helping a new crabber

Hi all! My friend just got a couple of crabs, set up a great tat, but isn't sure about the salt she's using. I'm not sure it's safe, so I came here. I switched from Instant Ocean to Fritz RPM, and recommended both to her. I'll attach a photo of my salt and then what she sent me. https://uploads.tapa...

Re: Moja resurfaced, Koa's gone down.

I have not seen my biggest for a while now, and I have not seen my smallest recently. My one who is up is digging, and making shells fall into the hole, so I could not take them out since the other crabs are underground. Mine do the same thing with the shells! I have so many underground, it's ridic...

New Pool, Crabs Under

I need to install a larger fw pool since crabs are molting, growing, and using larger shells. I'm pretty nervous to install it though, considering there are crabs under. All have completed molts, however. How should I go about burying the new fw pool?

Moja resurfaced, Koa's gone down.

Moja has finally resurfaced this morning, but Koa went down. I'm pretty sure that Koa isn't molting again as he's recently come up from a molt. These two, my first two crabs, have grown sooo much! I can show the size comparison of their original shells to their shells now once I get home. [emoji4] I...

Re: Crabitat Fume Exposure

My sister was over visiting and lit a scented incense stick in the same room as the crabs. Ugh. I didn't realize until I came back, seeing that it was halfway burned down and the room was filled with the smell. I'm pretty worried, though no one seems to be acting strange in any way. Could this affe...

Re: So, this isn't optimal.

Quick follow up question, I notice the little guys have dirtied up the other shells in there. Should I clean them up when I notice them get dirty or just leave that to the crabs? Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk I heard that you should clean the dirty shells to prevent bacteria build up in th...
