Shells

So I bought shells from Naples and my biggest crab immediately switched into a new shell but my 2 that are still in their painted shells wont switch.[emoji20]

All of them are buried and when they come up its usly just to hangout in their little coconut hut

It was when I out in about 2 days ago but I think the heat lamp kind killed the substrate wetness

I have plastic wrap over my lid right now and I do spray in the tank a lot. So i should be more concerned about humidity then heat?

My heat is close to 80 and humidity is lower 60s. I have a heat lamp so I'm waiting for some moss to come in to keep my humidity up

So I might just be over reacting but all 3 of my crabs have decided to bury themselves the last day and a half. I know their not molting(I hope), all of them are very bright colored and ita my understanding that they take their shell off to molt. Are they just having some ground time? Should I be wo...

To piggy back on this I have Culligan tap water and when I looked it up it said they dont put chlorine into their water they use ozone instead. Can I trust that? Would it be safe for them?
