Re: Acu-rite very unconsistent. Help!!!

Oh no! I just bought an Acu-Rite and it's been reading kind of low to me. I haven't calibrated it yet, but I feel like my crabitat has been higher than what it's reading (for humidity and temperature). :dontknow: I'm going to try calibrating it now to see what's up. And I agree with you, it'...

Re: Safe Food List from EH

How about gardenia flowers? I have one left on my bush outside. And as far as maple leaves, can I just go out into my yard and get a few leaves? I have regular green maples, red maple and Japanese maple. Not sure about the gardenia flowers, I'll have to do some research on that one. As far a...

Re: What's on today's menu & recipe sharing

Tonight, we have a staple mixture I have been trying to offer more often (THCP mineral mix, worm castings, oyster shell, crushed brine shrimp, Himalayan pink salt) as well as two fresh fruit options: dragon fruit and papaya! :D It's my first time trying the crabbies on dragon fruit, so I'm eager to ...

My smallest crab looks exactly like that! =D=D=D=D I haven't figured out what kind of crabs I have yet lol. Re: Tanks!

It is very nice and also a great opportunity for everyone to see the pictures and see how others are taking care of their crabs. :) I will move the thread to Crabitat Conditions, and if it keeps getting enough traffic and is being utilized often, making it a sticky would be no problem.

Re: Strawberry question

All of my Straws have only lasted a very small amount of time in my crabitat. :( I don't even think I've had any of them for longer than a year. :dontknow: It seems like they are definitely harder to take care of, and it's possible that we're missing some aspect of their care in captivity. I've had ...
