Did i find a leg?

I was just checking out the crabs when i saw something that looked like a leg. I pulled it out and checked it out. I tried to snap it in half but it was strong. When I did open it it was kinda fibery. I think it was a piece of driftwood. What do you think. If it was a leg it was one of hagrids leg because I checked the other two but hagrid was hiding. Also on two of hayride legs little parts at the end are missing. They dont bother him. Is there anything I should do about that?

Did any of your crabs recently molt?

The usually eat their exo skeleton while down to regain some energy. Sometimes they don't eat it all and pieces may be found. Is there any way you can post a picture?

No I have had hagrid and Norbert for about a week now. Harry hasn't moltrd since he was in the old tank. I looked at it more and ik pretty sure it's not a lge. I can post a pic in the morning.
