Best food for post molt

Hi. I think my crabbies are molting. So I can ensure they get what they need what are the best foods to feed them when they emerge?

Honey, royal jelly, and bee pollen are supposed to be good healing and post molt Foods.

Maybe worm castings and green sand too? Not sure about those. Someone with more experience can say.

I don't feed my crabs any different before or after molting. I just ensure that the food pyramid is covered at all times.
