Thermometer placement

Post by kayo1895 » Fri Sep 11, 2020 1:02 pm

Hey all,
I have a 2 in 1 thermometer that measures the temp and humidity in my tank. But I was wondering where is the best place to have the thermometer sit? I currently have it in the opposite side of where my heating pads are, but am unsure as to where the most accurate reading will be. I want to make sure its the most accurate as the weather starts to cool down in the exterior environment.

I actually move my thermometer/ hygrometer around a bit. To check what the temp is right close to the heating pads, and also to check what it is in the farthest corner away from the heat. Or if I am going to leave it in one place for a while, i will just leave it in the center of the tank.
