How many crabs for a 5.5 Gallon Tank

I currently have 2 small crabs and a 5.5 gallon tank for them to live in. Until I move at the end of the summer that's all that I can have in my dorm room. Is it a bad idea to purchase any more crabs, say one or two, at this size tank, or should I wait until I have ten gallon?

your maxed out........how big are they like a Quarter size?

The biggest is quarter sized, the other is smaller.

Yeah I wouldn't get anymore until you can get a larger tank.
