Ramp

Right now, both of my water dishes are useable and the Harry can completely submerge, but I was thinking of building a ramp for ease of access. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

Plastic plants can akso be a good way, or rocks. Many just use plastic canvas (mesh) for cleanliness and to keep it tidy.
