Up and out too early?

Post by relaxits4lex » Wed Jul 15, 2020 9:46 am

So my three crabs went down for a molt a month or two ago. The biggest one (as big as a mandarin) just came up this morning. Out of concern, I carefully dug up the other two to check up on them. They are perfectly fine, and I put them in ISO. Though, they are wondering around the tanks eating and drinking despite not looking finished. How long should I keep them isolated before bringing them back to the main tank?

Thanks.

Please please please do not dig up your crabs. They know when to come up. Digging them up is stressful for them at best, and can be fatal at worst.
