beans and rice

I have rice and pinto beans. Should I boil or cook them before I give them to my crabbies? Or can I give them these foods raw?
6 babies, 4 Es and 15 PPs.

You can totally do either. The humidity will soften the dried rice and beans or you can cook a bit in treated water for them.
