hey all, i used to have a spoiled fish (Oscar Cichlid), that has unfortunately passed last year, which means im left with LOOTTS of food (high end food at that) so im wondering if all this freeze dried stuff can go to good use before it goes bad. (im sorry if some of this was already put on the safe food list) id rather make a small list of what i have before feeding mr krabs.
freeze dried: brine shrimp, bloodworms, krill, shrimp, tubifex worms
pellet food: Hikari Cichlid Gold (high in protein, has fishmeal, wheat flour, corn gluten meal as main ingredients) & X-treme Aquatic foods (which is similar)
so, does anyone have any experience with these foods listed? should they just be given as a treat? or not at all?
~ thanks everyone

The freeze dried foods are definitely okay!
Not too sure on the pellet food - hopefully someone who knows can get back to you on that!

I don’t trust most pellets because of the chemical preservatives—listed or unlisted.
