Hi my name is mel, I have 7 crabs all purple pinchers. I was wondering if I could put a swiss cheese plant in the tank. If you dont know what it is or do and can give me advice any is welcome.

They can make people sick if we eat them. Not sure about crabs tho.

Monstera adansonii? Or Monstera deliciosa? (Common name is pretty interchangeable)

I think adansonii would be fine, but deliciosa has the potential to grow large, even dwarf varieties. I dont think they have any potential concerns, but will look it up and form a better judgment.

Edit: it contains oxalates. A common toxin in many plants. I forgot to include it in my guide, but here's a previous post regarding my opinion on oxalates.
