Well rounded diet?

We just got hermit crabs a few days ago, and I want to make sure we are giving them a well-rounded diet. I was thinking commercial food supplemented with fresh food. Suggestions? I have some urgency to make sure I give them well-rounded food quickly, because I THINK one of them is molting and I don’t know where it buried itself...I want to make sure the other one has no reason the eat him!! (Right now I only have the good we got with the kits - FMA Hermit crab food and ZooMed hermit crab food - which I know is not good. We also gave them cucumber and raisins - they ate the cucumber, but not the raisins).

Curly sister covered most of it, I just wanted to say Hi and welcome to the HCA!

Hermit crabs can eat a lot of the same things that we eat. Just check to make sure the item is on the safe list. Foods should be organic when possible. Hermit crabs are sensitive to pesticides and fertilizers.
You also want to provide one or more calcium sources at all times. Examples would be Cuttlebone, Organic Eggshell, Oyster Shell, Lobster Exo, Shrimp Exo.
