24/7 foods?

i’ve heard from people that they will keep some foods in their tank until completely eaten
like greensand or worm castings
i’m looking into buy new/more food for my guys and i know all the important part of a diet but i was curious if theresa trying else you keep in the tank all the time

Cuttlebone is the only thing I leave in until it's eaten. I was thinking of leaving eggshells in too.
I also make sure that they always have leaf litter in a bowl, but change it out now and then.
