I found some Krill at walmart, Would that be good food for Hermit crabs? I have never seen anything on it...So I bought it and I hope its ok, before I feed it to them I want to make sure that its safe. Please let me know! :)

I give mine Freeze dried & frozen-from the frozen fish food freezer at the pet shop. It does stink, but yes, they go crazy for it. Especially the fresh(frozen) stuff-they all come out & party for that!!

I have freeze-dried krill. It stinks to high heaven and I have to place it inside of it's own drawer stored tightly in a Ziploc bag because it smells horrible. It stinks my entire room up!

The crabs, however, love it and drag it all over the place. I'm sure your hermits will adore the krill. :D
