Finally at that 7 inch mark and higher in the back.
This is the first time actually measuring my substrate depth and I actually thought it was already much higher than 6 but it was sitting just around 6 before

Just added some more substrate for the little guys!

That's great! Do you have some flooding going on at the bottom of your tank? It looks kind of dark down there.
