If I need to change the food dish, but a crab is still in it, do I just let him be and change it later, or put in a new bowl?

Re: Changing food dishes
When I see a crab eating I personally will wait. Maybe change it in an hour or wait until the next day. I figure if one crab is eating the food is still fresh enough for the others to eat. It may cut back on wasting as much food.

Usually it's just best to leave your crabs alone wherever you can while doing your daily/weekly cleaning.

Re: Changing food dishes
I don't normally come across a crab eating when I go to change the bowls, but in a situation like this I personally would allow it to continue and come back later to change it out
