Jumbos have been under 4 weeks

Post by jonathon1989 » Thu Aug 13, 2020 2:59 pm

My two jumbos, Coral, and Claud, have been down under the substrate for about four weeks now since I cleaned out the tank and put in new substrate. Is it normal for two crabs to go under with each other at the same time? They are mates. I say that because they mated a couple of times and they always sleep in the same hut. I'm just concerned about one of them molting and being vulnerable.

I agree with HermieLover. I have 7 crabs, and I can't remember the last time I've seen them all up together. There's always a group of 3-4 going under together.
