Using a Moon-glow/lite with an umbrella lighting (kit)

Post by Misombra » Wed May 15, 2019 8:08 am

Hello,

So before I decided to kick out of the curb my newly purchased Moonlite with socket, and buy a ultratherm for heating, I was wondering if anyone has tried using an umbrella set up or just the bulb.

So I have an online business and i take pictures.. I have 2 umbrellas and one little standalone light.
I was wondering if i could use the standalone with the moonlite bulb (not sure how well it would heat without the socket) or if the ones with the umbrella will work.

Anyone tried or heard if this possible to do? Safe?

Hello, I'm not quite sure what you mean by an umbrella lighting but I did want to note that the crabs should have darkness at night. Moonlight bulbs are fine to use temporarily for night viewing though. :)
