I was just wondering if it would be ok to ship crabs overseas and how to package them?

No. Plain and simple.
The only way it would be feasible would be to do it as a business to fill out paperwork and pay for all of the licenses. Then you would also need to cover the import and export information for each country.
In the US we can't even take a crab on a plane traveling between states.
