Merry Crabmas from Sandy Claws (with others)

Post by wodesorel » Wed Dec 25, 2019 11:19 am

I got a little hat with a bottle of wine this year (for bœuf bourguignon). Had to have some fun!

Had to wait forever for him to come out, and then he wouldn't sit still.

Wasn't happening.

Image
Tank was not playing along. She was fine as soon as she got back in her aquarium and got her clam treat.

Image
Perry had been basking so was warm and full of spunk. I got like two photos off before he was off exploring. I couldn't even get Alex to sit still!

Image
New toad (still nameless) puffed and and stared daggers at me the whole time. I got dozens of pictures that all look the same!

Little Magellan just wanted to run!

These are adorable! I’m jealous how cooperative everyone was. If I put a hat on any of my hermit crabs it’d get shaken off in seconds.

I had to grab my smallest PP and put his shell inside the hat for it to work, otherwise when they popped open it went flying. I wish I could have gotten the ruggie because she's so petite, but she seems to be molting again.

Such blessed images! I must agree with Johnathan! I wish I could get myself a small Santa hat, but I'm not too much of a arts and crafts person myself LOL! I like how your toad look so Dapper with the hat on!

This is Rita. She's my feisty girl. She lost her big claw a few weeks after I adopted her, most likely in a shell fight. I take her out once every week or two to make sure she's still ok. Nothing slows her down! While I had her out, I thought I'd send a pic to the family I adopted her from and she obliged me with a lovely little holiday snapshot. Hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas!
