Is the All Living Things soaking salt safe for hermit crabs?

No, it doesn’t contain the minerals they need.

Instant Ocean is recommended to add to dechlorinated water. And Prime is recommended to add to the water to dechlorinate it.

Any type of salt used for marine aquariums is fine and reccomended to give to the crabs. So short answer, no.
