He looks like he is getting his color back. He is in the process of eating his exo in the picture.

I personally recommend covering that with a piece of cardboard and tape. To each's own :)

I did actually have it covered for the shedding process. But I have found that observing them this way gives me an idea of how long the process takes. He is finished molting and has hardened up now. I’m just waiting for him to decide to surface.
