That looks so rad!! It does have Gary's eyes!!! Gosh, that must be really hard to have something like that on the back of your calf - It would drive me nuts not being able to look at it!! I can't wait to see the finished product!!!
Truly blessed to have incredible creatures, wonderful friends and my amazing family in my life!! I'm very thankful & grateful for all of them! www.thehealthyhermit.com

Mirrors. The answer to your problem is mirrors. ;)

Tattoos are funny! After a while you kind of forget you have them. They sort of become like a mole, freckle, or birthmark, you know it's there but see it as a part of you!

I go in for more coloring on mine in November.

Xenocrab started on her HC tattoo of Friday! It's as realistic as mine is cartoony! AJ at Totem Tattoo is incredible at bio-mechanical, plants and wildlife. You can see his work on Instagram at AjTattooGuy.

Ha! True Aussie! I'd have a kink in my neck looking at the back of my calf though! ;)

Can't wait to see Xeno's!

No pain, no gain ;)
But yeah, ditto that if Xeno is willing to show!

Hoping for an update? I know covid has thrown a lot of things off schedule. It looks amazing so far.

My appointment is actually this Friday to get finished up!

Xeno's is looking awesome! Her inner bicep only needs final details added. She has the outline and some coloring done on the outside. I think she has 32 hours on hers so far. Once the major coloring is done the highlights and little details will be added everywhere! It's really, really, good so far!

32 hours!! Oh my! I don't even want to add up the hourly rate on that one!
But you MUST post pics when you two have everything finished!

I'm waiting on my tattooist to send me pictures. He already started to put the tegaderm film on it before I got pictures with my phone.

The tegaderm is the same stuff they use for burns and other skin trauma in hospitals. I need to leave it on for at least week. Currently it looks all gross and not very detailed.

Most of my tattoos are where I can see them. Only 2 where I can't. If I can't see them, why get them. Lol
