Re: Coffee beans
I saw a video of what caffeine did to a spider and I would probably never recommend giving them to crabs

Re: Coffee beans
It's actually a valid thought, but one that hasn't been tested on hermit crabs. Worms are often given coffee grounds, so anyone who does worm castings will have given the digested form to their hermits. Cockroaches love the stuff. It stands to reason hermits would be okay and enjoy it, but there is no way to know for certain without a solid food trial.

Re: Coffee beans
Mainly I'm asking because I am going to used a used coffee bean grinder to make my dry food batches and just wanted to see if it was a known super toxin. I cleaned the thing out pretty good but I cant get it all out 100% thanks for the feedback guys
