Water

Post by Jamison » Mon Jan 07, 2019 8:32 am

Ok here I am with another question. My water is not treated with chlorine or anything. So I have never had to use a dechlorinater, just a conditioner. What do I use to dechlorinate?

The most recommended one is Prime.

What is your water source? Tap water? Or bottled water?

My source is well water. I know for a fact it is not treated with chlorine. But after the city finishes putting in city water I will have tap water.

Sometimes well water contains heavy metals that are safe to humans and other pets but unsafe to hermits. Unless you know exactly what is or isn't in your water I would use one of the appropriate water purifier on the list in the link below to be safe.

I would treat both your well water and your tap water with Prime.
