Would 100 bugs be too many for a 26 gallon tank?

We have such a dearth of rollie pollies at our house, I think I'm going to break down and order some from that worm guy online....what the heck was the name of that site?

I know I'll find it. When I do, I'll post it for you.

I suppose you can kiss the bugs if you really want to, but I don't find it necessary  I recently added a bunch of maple to my crabitat, and they all seem pretty happy with the addition. I have a number of thin branches cable-tied together with some leaves still attached as a climby, and several...

That's great, Lola!! I was hoping I'd pick up a pregnant one and save myself some hunting/gathering.....

Mine keep turning up dead. I don't think I have any live ones left in there. :( Could the high salt content of --well-- everything be doing them in?

If you have a drill, use it to drill out two of the "eyes" on top of the nut. Then you can drain the juice into a cup.

Then, go to your nearest stone wall or concrete stairs, and bash the coconut into the edge. Works great!

What a great list...there's stuff on there that I never would have tried on my own, but are readily available to me. This is going to be very handy!

Thank you for putting together such a thorough list. :D

And Shelldon finally changed out of his Big Bird shell!! All I know for sure is that he's in a turbo...I have so many extra shells in there that I couldn't tell exactly which one was missing. I'm just glad he's out of that awful painted yellow thing. I haven't seen him since the change--He's probabl...

I see mine very infrequently. Once in a great while, I'll see one moving around in the moss pit, or climbing up a leaf stem. But that's it. Then again, I only have about 15 in a 26 gallon tank.....

You can keep jumping spiders in a crabitat?? Do you use them to keep the rollie pollies in check?

This is starting to remind me of the old lady who swallowed a fly!
