going down again :)

Podrunner has a lot of great music to walk too. They are kind of fast, but i love them. Some have more words than others, but they don't stop so you never know how long you have walked.

75 degrees!

Saturday, I played hide and go seek with my grandson outside! We went and fed the ducks and the walking park, then we had baseball practice (hubby is his coach), Sunday, we did a little work in the yard and grilled out. His had bbq, mine did not (watching those carbs). It was a great weekend!!

Infested with food/mold mites and gonna try treating w/ H. Miles ( predatory mites)

I have never seen anything like that in my crabitat personally. Did you check out the archives? You can find them here...http://landhermitcrabs.com/eve...ms/a/f ... 02988There may be some information on either getting rid of them or the use of the hypasopis miles that you ordered.

API Aquarium Salt

I was surprised by it being on the list myself. I am not going to stop using it either. You guys have never steered me wrong, and I trust your years of experience over some article I have just read. That was the whole recommendation on saltwater. I just hit copy and paste. There wasn't anything on t...

API Aquarium Salt

I usually use Oceanic Salt. But due to recent changes in income, I switched to API. I know that several members use this, and didn't think it was a big deal to switch. I was browsing around this morning and found this on www.hermitcrabparadise.com. I was just wondering what everyone's thoughts are o...

How successful is your large tank with different sizes of hermit crabs?

I can't say anything about deep cleans as of yet, but so far I haven't had any problems with the collapsing of tunnels. I only have 10 crabby babies in mine, so I can keep track of there whereabouts pretty easily.

PetSmart DM Answer to Hermit crab care

What it sounds like to me is that he is saying that he knows what proper conditions should be, but that the stores are following company pet care guidelines and he can't do anything about it. Maybe just bringing to his attention, something good will come out of it. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Beware of foreign objects in EE

I was just hydrating my EE for my 90 and found a hard piece of green plastic. At least it wasn't a nail, but still not a good thing to find.

Something unusual you may not know about me is...

Sleep Paralysis used to happen to me when I was younger, I would say up until I turned 30 or so. Like you said, just moving a finger was enough to bring me out of it. It usually only happened to me after I would have a nightmare, so it was a very frightening experience for me. I too hear what I am r...

Something unusual you may not know about me is....I cannot go to bed if there is even one dirty dish in the sink, not even if it is just a spoon. If I get up in the middle of the night for a drink of water, I have to wash the glass, dry it and put it away before I go back to bed. I think it stems fr...
