HCA: Hermit Crab Association

I called Canadian Border Services because I needed to find out what I needed to bring my cat and dog over...and the Canadian Border Officer said hermit crabs arent regulated so they're safe to transport across the border but do need to be declared.

Hermies arent regulated so they're okay to bring across the border from US to Canada!! They just need to be declared.

Yea the frozen package shrimp they add sodium nitrate or something so they absorb more water and look bigger. I guess its the previously frozen shrimp you can purchase at the butchers block is probably the same packaged stuff...but I will look into it. Chicken liver thats a good idea freezing it and...
