Re: Question about E's

As far as I know my Es have caused no problems with molters. I've only had one molter die and he was brand new so anything could have caused that. But I only have three Es. Re: All living things half log hideout

I have one of those..I bought it when I got a bigger tank..I figured I could get rid of my cocohuts and make one big consolidated hide for my crabs as well as giving them something to climb on...but they never used it =( I tried it in a couple configurations but it was a no go...I don't think it was...

Re: salt and dechlorinator advice?

thanks for the info! I'll pick up some instant ocean at the local shop on the way home from work today...I'm glad the dechlorinator is ok..because that's what I used to wet the sand...and I was just concerned that there was something in it that would have been harming my crabs all this time..it's a ...

I just started a similar thread about this a day or so back...crabby was going ape in his tank about a week and a half ago or so..as active as I'd ever seen him..even when Mr. Anderson was alive and palling around with him (I haven't gotten a chance to get a replacement), I'd never seen crabby as co...

I've heard that hermit crabs can sense the weather changes and can go through a sort of "hibernation" period where they are not as active. wouldn't surprise me....they've got instincts just like the rest of the animal kingdom after all! He's still in that spot...I haven't really obs...
