Re: Eyes, ears, mouth and nose

as the title suggests, I have a bunch if random questions about Hermit crab's senses and stuff. 1.) do hermit crabs Hear? If so, do hey have like, a little ear hole or something? If not, do they have any sense of sound eg feeling vibrations, or anything like that? 2.) I know hermit crabs smell with ...

Re: Buddies from other tanks?

Yeah that is what i was thinking, that they would get freaked out. I would move the tanks so they could see eachother, but mine is a 20g on a tank stand, and i have a hard time moving very easy when its not full of sand LOL :hlol: but since its on a tank stand, there would be no room for the 10g. Th...

it really depends on the crab himself, and the size. I agree with the above, it will probably be a couple months more. they do take thier time! :|

i think it's pretty normal for them all to molt at once :) when one of my crabs goes down, they all go down! i guess they just get bored when one of thier biggies goes down, so they decide since they have nothin else to do, might as well molt! :hlol: recently, when i got Summersault a few days after...
