I once had a small that stayed buried for 6 months somehow then came back up perfectly fine. I think he'll be just fine.

The same thing happened to me. I have no idea how one crab can have another's shell while the original owner is buried, but hey, crabs are weird.

It sounds amazing! A lot of work though. Maybe in the forest area you could make like a little tree using the same teqnique that other crabbers use for custom backgrounds? Just an idea. I'd love to see how it turns out!

I went to borders becuase there closing and I found these plastic container that were about 2 inches deep and were very big!Only 4 dollars! Its awesome! My jumbo can even take a swim! hibiscus, rose, cherry, coconut, bladderwrack, millet, strawberry leaves, oak leaves, krill, chicken, carrot, green bean, and mealworms. Yummy! I have 10 crabs; soon to be 15!

I LOVE my Acu-rite thermometer/hygrometer. Really acurrate and looks pretty nice. It's 10 dollars at Home Depot. The all living things one broke in a month when I had it. :\

Curious_kitty: Where do you get your exotics? I live about an hour away from Boston and I'm going there in August. Are there any places where they have exotics? Like straws, blues, indos, violas, etc? I'd love to know.

They can't be sooo sensitive that if the temp/humidity fluxs a little (Say like 5 %) they'd become ill. No enviornment is THAT stable in the wild.
