Recently acquired one legged crab.
Sounds good. I'm make sure he has those various foods accessible in bottle caps as well as water and I suppose move him between them throughout the day, as well as keeping his environment dark so that he can produce the moulting hormone if need be.He seems to be a fighter. He's eaten some small shri...

Mouldd!!!!
I have this bad tendency to leave fresh food for multiple days. Then I see it a bit mouldy and remove it. This bad practice has caused my wood that has never been mouldy in years to catch the moulds! I'm so distraught! What do I need to do to get all the stuff in their tank usable again, like it's o...

Mites and freshly moulted crab!
He is fully colored up, a lot less dark than he was, but still really dark for such a small E. He has pretty stitch marks. I moved the other crabs to the new 20g, and dumped the EE from the 5g and sterilized it with hot water, before making a moist paper towel "nest" and giving him his essentials, a...

Mites and freshly moulted crab!
I have an ecuadorian that I got literally 4 days ago (Monday), and in the process of transferring from my 5g iso to a 20g second tank my girlfriend accidentally dug him up, and he has mites in his shell! There were hollow exo pieces at the bottom of the tank and he dove down as soon as I got him, it...

I probably won't be ordering from there again. I listed for regular shipping, and paid for regular shipping, and almost 3 weeks later I got a package, labeled priority. The e-mail I received after attempting to contact them several other times was short, and not informative of the situation, basical...

You're in North Caroline and it only took 4 days? Seriously? I'm on the Tennessee Georgia border and, well, I'm going on day 12 (excluding the sundays) waiting for mine.I will not be taking my business back to Naples- it's just taking an excessive amount of time.

I found a magpie in a petstore and immediately scooped it up because my I didn't have enough large shells for my largest crabs. He moved into it within the first 30 minutes of me putting them into the tank. You do mean this shell right? When I take pics this weekend I'll be sure to get some of him.

This is turning out to be a great site for typically necessary supplies. I think overall the prices are a bit lower, and they have a great selection of anything that you might need to put in an aquarium or terrarium.
