I think it depends on who's in your tank! My medium PP just finished molting and I wasn't worried about him because his only tankmate is a small, non-digging E. If the E went down, though, I'd probably iso him or at least make some sort of barricade.

BOOK LICE! Mystery solved!!! THAT'S what's making those bizarre patterns in the condensation! Phew I'm so glad they're beneficial I could literally cry right now. When I realized it was tiny bugs, I thought my crabbies were dooooomed!
