For example: I have air stones in my pools, so my humidity is pretty much always good, but I have a UTH on the back of my tank which dries out the substrate, will this help eliminate the substrate f...

That is so cool, I also have some isopods in my tank. I put about 10 in, and have seen one occasionally but I haven't seen any half eaten. Maybe I will go outside and see if I can round up some more. raw peanut cut in half
mealworms and a cricket
dried burning bush delight
dried carrot

fresh dish:
piece of apple
lettuce
dandelion leaf

Shell:
honey with a dab of peanut butter

Wow they actually ate better than I did...lol
