I'm personally very impressed with the customer service offered to Lauren with her pink indos. I've emailed the customer service account a few times now and have received emails back within the day. I'm ordering some ruggies after Christmas.

I get what you mean :) I was just a tad worried because my crabs fall in the freshwater all the time when they drink it, so of course their shell water gets flushed out and replaced with fresh.
