That's what I thought, but I get scared thinking about how most store crabs are put in terrible low humidity conditions and die slow, painful deaths.

The humidity near my UTHs is like 64% but everywhere else it's like 80% - 90% and my crabs spend most of the time near or around the heaters. I don't want their little gills to dry up and kill them! What do I do? Or should it be okay!?

So my oldest crab just came up from molting and his legs are all deformed. Some are bent in odd ways, and another is way too long. He also seems to get in shells way to small for him! Otherwise he seems to be doing normal crab stuff and his deformities don't prevent him from climbing or hogging the ...
