I might order from hugs for hermits off of eBay. I also found some cholla wood for cheap on eBay, I may have to try, thanks all! :) I normally try to feed them human foods, but I saw that THCP has bulk of the FMR fruit treat, and my crabs go nuts for that, but they'll have to wait till I can save up...

Thank you for the suggestions! I just put everything into my cart from THCP and the shipping is $10! I think I might just look on etsy and amazon for now.. I don't have that kind of money right now to spend over $50 on hermit crab food.

You could always cook it and then freeze it into littler pieces, or just freeze it in general.

The weather changing as rapidly as it it, we canceled our order. We weren't prepared enough for them anyway. I'm bummed, but its for the best.

Straws won't be a good choice, since you're a new crabber. They require alot of care and expierence.
