Correction: May need a chiller if you don't have an AC unit in the room. You most likely can mix them together since they are from the same temperature zone.

From what I've seen on them in the stores they will pretty much take any shell they can get. If a LHC will use it they most likely will too. From what I gather they change shells a lot anyway.

At last count I had 9 in a 38 gallon tank (36x12x21) and their water bowls are raised up from the bottom so they have the entire floor area to dig and molt under without the weight of the bowls pressing down on the substrate.
