Hi! I keep meaning to check in, I’ve just been very busy and I haven’t gotten to it.

The crabs are still available! I’ll be in town in November for Thanksgiving but I can still try to work something out for earlier pick up with my mom who’s caring for them!

Are you referring to the upper section of the leg? It looks normal to me. A freshly molted crab will have a pink tint. It doesn't look like that to me. Hermit crabs are generally very weird, and this could be his "normal" lol. I can't see an issue unless he stops moving and doesn't eat. Otherwise I agree with SG and if I were you I would focus on getting some more shells and a larger tank
