I just couldn't see moving the uth to the side of the tank causing the temperature to drop. The substrate had previously been absorbing a large portion of that heat. Once it was moved to the side, it would only make sense that the temperature increase. I believe another factor must have contributed....

I agree with Calla on that. Many could say, "Well why would you keep them if you knew they weren't going to last?" But then, how can we discover what they need without studying them in captivity and trying new things? Also, a lot of people will still try to keep them, regardless of care level or exp...

Aww, man, that's super sad. One of my biggest pet peeves with pets is overcrowding. I mean, we've already taken them out of a living space dozens, even hundreds of square miles. Why crowd them into an even smaller space? And doing that with strawberries?! Wow.

She has 7 crabs, and it says not for sale. I think she is saying that she can give you prices if you are interested in going out and buying some of it yourself. Either that, or I'm completely wrong and she's saying something else
