I have a 20 L as well and I have to use a large, medium and small UTH. Plus the entire tank except the front and one end is wrapped in foil. The back even has foam insulation. Let me add this is a second level which is higher up I had the lid off temporarily to take the pic. They have 3 levels including the substrate. Just wanted to clarify that. Lol

Do you know if a person buys a hermit crab from them and for whatever reason they return it, they can't resell them and chances are they end up in the dumpster. My heart breaks thinking about this.
